"Jupiter"

This is a pane made by a group of Y6 children to be part of a Legacy Window, to mark their transition from Primary School. The theme of the window is space, as we were lucky enough have Dr Thirsk, a real astronaut visit us! This group of children were in charge of coming up with a design for Jupiter. They selected the glass from 'warm glass.co.uk' that best created the effects they wanted, added in the black spot of Jupiters storm, included the asteroid belt that encircles the planet. They also added a dense black hole and an alien to their design.

Type of glass used: Tekta, coloured glass, copper foil, glass paper, frits including dichroic and stringers all Bullseye

Type of kiln used: Skutt Firebox 14
