"Mercury"

This pane is made by a group of Y6 children as a lasting legacy to their time at primary school. The pane is made up of ten windows all part of the solar system. This one is Mercury the planet closest to the sun. The children selected and ordered the glass products they needed and then worked together on their design. In the design there is a black hole, meteor striking the planet, Tim Peake and his space station!

Type of glass used: Irisecent glass, tekta, dicroic frit, stringers, frit and glas paper, all Bullseye glass.

Type of kiln used: Skutt firebox 14
