"Constructure in Red"
Constructure series takes individual Relief Drawings, a technique I developed whilst I was a student at the Royal College of Art, and fuses these thin layers of glass in the kiln. This process creates a multilayered mesh that is stronger than any individual layer alone that plays with texture. I chose a variety of colours that reflect the vibrant coral reefs that I would see when snorkelling as a child.
